  • Goalkeeper of the Year: Jillian Loyden (Central Coast Mariners)
  • Young Player of the Year: (tied) Elise Kellond-Knight (Brisbane Roar) and Ellyse Perry (Canberra United)
  • Coach of the Year: (tied) Stephen Roche (Central Coast Mariners) and Ray Junna (Canberra United)
  • Referee of the Year: Kate Jacewicz

    05/12/2009: Australia have drawn Germany, Ghana and Serbia in Group D, which is a tough group but perhaps not the group of death. Second round crossover contains England. We play Germany in Durban on 13 June, Ghana in Rustenberg on the 19 June, and Serbia in Nelspruit on 23 June.
    NZ drew better getting a Group F of Italy, Paraguay, and Slovakia. BOTN will be applying to FIFA to cover this WC in South Africa as we did in Germany ...
