2006 FIFA WORLD CUP GERMANY PAGES

Australia's national men's football team, the Qantas Socceroos, return to the FIFA World Cup in Germany 2006 after a 32 year absence. They did this with a 0-1 loss in Montevideo and a 1-0 win in Sydney on November 16 last year. The resulting penalty shoot out, won with the famous goal by John Aloisi, reverberated across the world. Now the 23 Aussies take on the tough opponents of Group F.
